What is the IGEWA WithYou Club and how does it work?

We send you an e-mail as soon as your parcel is dispatched with a link allowing you to follow the delivery of your parcel.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days to return it to us from the time you received it. It just needs to be new and in the original packaging.
The return is the responsibility of IGEWA store in the event of a defective product / non-compliant with the shipment. Otherwise, it is the responsibility of the customer.

Comment retourner un article?

Afin d'être remboursé, merci de nous retourner, sous 30 jours après livraison, votre commande dans son état et emballage d'origine. Nous vous recréditerons votre compte bancaire du montant de l'article retourné. Il n'y aura pas de remboursement pour les articles soldés.
